In 2012\, Matt was elected to the Texas House of Representatives for House District 93. During his five terms of service\, Matt was consistently recognized for his legislative efforts supporting limited government\, fiscal responsibility\, pro-life causes\, the 2nd Amendment\, and religious liberty. He served as Chairman of the General Investigating Committee and on numerous other committees\, such as the Civil Jurisprudence and Judiciary Committee\, the Transportation Committee\, Redistricting Committee\, and Committee on Culture\, Recreation\, & Tourism. Matt was a founding member of the Texas Freedom Caucus in the Texas House. He and his wife\, Jennie\, live in the Fort Worth area with their five children.\n\n\n\n\n     Chris Hopper is the President of Texas Family Project. The purpose of Texas Family Project is to create a pro-family cavalry that will fight to protect children and the family unit in Texas from the radical left by turning the family into the most powerful and effective political tool in Austin. Chris served as the American Principles Project Texas Director before starting the Texas Family Project in the Summer of 2022. Chris is a father\, husband\, and man of faith living in North Texas. He has 20 years of ministry experience as a student and missions pastor. Howard joined Midland Independent School District as the Superintendent of Schools on January 3\, 2023. She is in her 28th year in education. Prior to joining Midland ISD\, she served as the superintendent for Crane ISD where the district improved from a D rating to a B rating (85) in 2022. She has served as the deputy superintendent for Ector County ISD. She also served as superintendent in Plains ISD.\nDr. Howard was the high school principal at Robert E. Lee High School for six years before moving into district administration. Prior to the high school principal position\, Stephanie was principal at San Jacinto Junior High School for three years. She served as an instructional services director and assistant principal for four years before becoming a principal. The first year in Midland ISD\, Stephanie taught communication courses at Midland High School and coached the debate team.\nBefore moving to Midland to pursue a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership\, Stephanie taught English and communications\, coached cross country\, basketball\, track\, and served as the high school cheer sponsor in Stanton.  Dr. Howard earned her Doctoral Degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio\, her Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from The University of Texas of the Permian Basin and holds a principal and superintendent certification in the State of Texas. GOVERNOR DAN PATRICK \n \n\nDan Patrick was first elected lieutenant governor of Texas in 2014 and re-elected in 2018.
